DO GOOD WORK - not only the ethos behind our tailoring but also a guiding principle for life.

Needless to say, 2020 has been a tumultuous year for many and we have all had to make some changes to adapt. At the beginning of the pandemic, long before masks were common, not to mention mandatory, we started making and giving away masks for free to anyone who was interested. This was one small way that we felt we could give back and support our community members through difficult times. We had no idea how popular the free masks would become and eventually we started making them on a donation basis. Most people wanted to help and wanted to give what they could to support our cause. Over 400 masks later we ran out of spare cloth and made the shift to selling our masks on our website. In keeping with the spirit of giving back and supporting our community, we decided to dedicate 20% of proceeds from mask sales to Calgary Health Trust Covid 19 relief programs. The entire mask business has been a blessing in several ways. It no doubt helped us financially, but more importantly, it has allowed us to interact and engage with our community on a broader level. We have had so many wonderful interactions with customers and received some incredible feedback.

Now six months into the pandemic we have donated a total of $3000 to Calgary Health Trust. We thank everyone for your support over the past few months and we are glad to pay it forward.
